Product details
PolyFlex DS™ is the polymer only version of FloMix™ and FlexSet™. Use it when you want a less rigid repair, such as a traffic loop, a control or expansion joint, or a thin crack where deeper penetration is needed and a polymer slurry has too much body.
Formerly known as Dopey Soup, PolyFlex DS is a polymeric version of elastic cement for concrete and asphalt repair. Combined with clean, dry sand and aggregate, it forms a high performance, quick setting, flexible polymer concrete. Repairs are ready for traffic within an hour and withstand vibration, heavy loads and thermal movement.
- Black is mixed with clean, dry sand for simple, durable asphalt repairs.
- Grey is used with clean, dry sand for concrete repairs and in concrete control joints.
- Other colors are available on special order.
Cartridges
Packaged in 21 oz. twin dual cartridges, sold singly or 12 to a case. Aggregate may be added where required up to a 3:1 ratio. Cartridge application requires a standard hand operated dual cartridge gun.
Bulk kits for experienced users
The 3, 10, 30 and 100 gallon kits are designed for experienced users of Roklin products. PolyFlex DS works with almost any locally available aggregate, but the aggregate must be very clean, dry and free of dust and debris. We recommend Roklin's specially coated sand for the best results. Chemicals and aggregate must be carefully measured to get the correct ratio, and you should test for your specific application, since performance varies with the aggregate and the end use. Bulk kits are not recommended for first time users of Roklin repair products.
