SHIPPING

Unless otherwise stated in the description of product or by notification to customer, FillPro Industries Inc makes every effort to ship all orders within 3 business days of purchase. Delivery dates are best estimates, based on the information provided to us from the assigned shipping company. We use UPS and other freight services. The options and ship times may be limited for certain items. Once an item is shipped, you will receive an e-mail confirmation and you can then track your order.

Certain items that are large in size or unusual in shape may require additional shipping/handling fees. Customers will be notified should this occur. Please call us if you feel shipping costs have been calculated inacurately, we might be able to reduce shipping costs!

We will work with our customers to the best of our ability if an item is lost in shipping, but please note that it is the customer's responsibility to input the correct address into our system.

TAXES

FillProIndustries.com will charge Sales Tax for any customer within the State of New York. Users are responsible for all other taxes and sales taxes to other states.

RETURNS

Merchandise purchased from FillPro may be returned within 14 days of purchase. We will cover the cost of shipping the return if the return is due to an error on our part (wrong item shipped), or if the item is broken upon receipt. If the return is our error, we will gladly reship the replacement item at our cost with our sincere apology for any inconvenience we may have caused. Please contact us at our Customer Service e-mail or Phone number to arrange for a pre-paid mailing label.

Should you wish to return an item that is was no fault of ours, we will ask that you pay the return shipping and replacement shipping if you are exchanging. Refunds will be processed if the item is returned to us within 14 days, including the original receipt, in the original packaging, and in original condition. All returns subject to a 20% restocking charge. No returns after 14 days.
